We are thrilled to reveal our AVD Altadore project, where the clients moved into their new build before enlisting our help to enhance the space. Living in the home first gave them valuable insight into how they use each area, guiding our design process.

For the main floor, we focused on the grand entryway, incorporating larger furniture pieces and a bold custom artwork by a Toronto artist to create a striking first impression. The dining room features a custom IZM dining table, perfect for hosting family gatherings, while the family room blends modern, traditional, and midcentury-inspired pieces for a warm, inviting atmosphere. We also added extra storage under the fireplace and floating shelves for display.

In the office, we maximized functionality with custom millwork, a built-in desk, and bold navy grass cloth for texture and contrast. The principal bedroom was transformed into a boutique hotel-style retreat with patterned linen drapery, rich grey grass cloth, and custom prints that enhance the existing bed and add modern sophistication.
