A new build where we worked with the client for over a year and helped bring their personality to life in this custom home. We designed and selected all the millwork and finishes to suit the clients lifestyle and way of life.

Our brief was simple in that they wanted a modern home with all the function but with lots of color. Something that was not bland. We were so excited about the opportunity to work with clients that did not shy away from bold hits of color and pattern. The large entry way with so much gorgeous light is a lovely way to enter the home, as you walk up, you are greeted with the dining room with custom built ins, a fabulous coral wallpaper install and then the dramatic Fortuny light fixture that just adds that exclamation point to this bold dining space. A walk through to the kitchen area, showcases a simple yet functional butlers pantry in a navy with reeded glass details. The well appointed kitchen with built in appliances is completed in a warm natural oak, navy hood fan, and then a dramatic stone counter and backsplash. A favourite moment is the built-in banquette for casual breakfasts upholstered in a whimsical tiger printed fabric. The living space with the fireplace detail that is clad in an over-scaled terrazzo tile makes for the perfect focal point.

This home is a true testament to clients having full trust in our design vision and showcasing that a love of color and pattern can still be timeless.
