The goal of the main living space was to open it up to create an open layout. We love how the kitchen, dining and living spaces blend together seamlessly. One of the main features of this space are the glass walls separating the office and back door stairs. 

The kitchen was redesigned to be more functional for our clients. More storage was added, a large waterfall edge large was incorporated as well as a custom millwork in the dining area. The dining millwork was painted black to be consistent with the glass walls while the custom hood fan carries the black into the kitchen. The backsplash offers the perfect pop of colour and speaks to our clients personalities! 

The office is one of our favourite spaces. From the black-framed glass to the deep blue feature wall in the we’d be happy to have this as our home office! Mid-century furnishings and sentimental artwork complete this space. 

The Master Bedroom has a moody vibe with a dark grasscloth feature wall. The four poster bed is homage to the black-framed glass in the living spaces. Pops of teals and blues were added to keep consistency throughout the main floor.

We wanted the ensuite to be a breath of fresh air. The soft and subtle palette is calming yet intriguing.
