This package is perfect for someone who wants to utilize our consultation skills but can carry out the shopping and styling on their own. We recommend selecting 1-3 rooms (max. 500 sq. ft. each) in your house to focus on.
Stage 1
This packages includes:
- 1 hour walk-through of your space, specifying problem areas, areas that are in need of a keen design eye, areas that required de-cluttering, empty wall spaces in need of artwork, and general design scope.
- Comprehensive PDF with inspiration photos and selections. This will include a design aesthetic and palette, as well as ideas for furniture, lighting, paint colours, tile selections, and any selections required for the space. This can be used as a design guide when you begin shopping and sourcing for your home.
Stage 2
In addition to Stage 1, this package includes:
- Specific sources for items and finishes as a guide as to where they can purchase the selections. (ie. personalized shopping list)
- Breakdown of budget and allocation of costs for each selection (ie. how much to spend on a sofa, how much to spend on artwork, etc.)
Stage 3
In addition to Stage 1 & 2, this package includes:
- Floor plan of space with furniture layouts detailing where items and finishes will go.
