A new build in collaboration with Alloy Homes, this residence beautifully embodies the clients' deep appreciation for mid-century design. Over the course of nearly two years, we worked closely with the clients on every aspect of their home—from interior selections and millwork to furniture, décor, and art curation.

Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted by a stunning glass wall that separates the open staircase leading to the upper floors. This feature not only allows natural light to filter through the space but also serves as a striking architectural element.The sunken living room pays homage to the mid-century aest hetic with a touch of nostalgia. A travertine-clad fireplace, walnut accents, and textural sofa and accent chairs create a rich, layered environment. A wall of linen drapery adds a soft, elegant touch to the space.

Designed with the needs of a busy family of four in mind, the kitchen is both highly functional and aesthetically in tune with the overall design of the home. We opted to place the organic pendant lights off-center above the island for an unexpected, yet captivating effect. In the primary bedroom, a feature wall clad in luxurious walnut creates a stunning focal point. Paired with grass cloth wallpaper, the room exudes warmth and coziness. The ensuite is understated, well-appointed, and timeless in its simplicity.

While mid-century style remains a classic, we sought to elevate this home with distinctive choices in lighting, furniture, accessories, and artwork. These elements were thoughtfully selected to showcase our clients' personalities, making this home truly unique.
