A brand new build where we were brought on to help with all of the interior selections, millwork and furniture/decor scope. The clients wanted the home to have a lot of custom details and did not want anything cookie cutter.  

As you enter the home, you are greeted with a stunning grass cloth wallpaper treatment. The open concept main floor living, kitchen and dining space is anchored by a stunning  concrete fireplace detail that is flanked by an asymmetrical vertical wood slat detail. The custom bocci light fixture hangs in the living space and each color was selected to accent the space perfectly.  

The kitchens two-tone cabinetry is the perfect combination to add a modern touch to the space but still keep it warm. The wood slat detail is repeated on the base of the island. The whole home is kept fairly modern and minimal with bold hits of pattern and texture  to add personality.
