For this custom new build with Alloy Homes, we designed a modern yet inviting space for a busy family of four. Collaborating closely with the homeowners and builders, our goal was to enhance the architectural integrity of the home through carefully curated selections. We opted for streamlined choices, with custom oak millwork throughout, a cold-rolled steel clad fireplace, minimal decorative lighting, and naturally inspired finishes, all contributing to a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen serves as the hub of the home, visible from throughout the main floor. We kept the design clean and refined, deliberately avoiding hardware and pendant lights. Instead, we focused on elevating the design through subtle yet impactful details, such as the custom wood detailing on the ceiling, the thoughtfully designed island, and the open bookcase that elegantly divides the living room and kitchen. These elements come together to create a space that balances functionality with style, perfectly suited to the family's needs.
