A new build that we designed from the ground. The clients wanted a family friendly space that didn’t lack style but also one that took into account their love of modern design.

You are greeted by a large and open entry that is a great welcome to the home, custom designed millwork fits the space perfectly and feels very architectural. The open, almost floating staircase creates a beautiful architectural moment upon entering the main area of the home. Open concept living, dining and kitchen take advantage of the gorgeous views that makes you feel like you are in a tree house. Furniture was kept simple and clean and the focus was on the finishes and millwork details. The kitchen is the base of this home and the large island with its asymmetrical, almost monolith style, ground the space. With the clients love of entertaining, an indoor/outdoor space was created in this kitchen area but also in the dining room with the glass sliding doors. The modern and clean aesthetic continues in the principal bath with a herringbone marble tile that covers the floor and the walls of the dual shower. This helps to make the space feel large and expansive. Wood details help to add some warmth. A timeless modern home that will age beautifully.
