The clients purchased this home with the intention of fully gutting the space to refresh it and infuse their personality into the design. The home, though dated, had a gorgeous layout that needed some design TLC. We were brought in to select all new finishes while preserving key focal points like the stained-glass detail by the staircase. Every inch of the home was updated, from new cabinets and additional windows to bathrooms and lighting fixtures throughout. A significant change was painting the windows black, creating a striking contrast that gives the home a stately feel.

The original bones and layout of the home were excellent, so the footprint remained the same. We loved the open-concept area that greeted you upon entry and aimed to create a space that would take your breath away as soon as you walked in. We call this look "Modern Mediterranean" due to its beautiful layering of patterns and textures. A mix of modern and antique pieces makes this space warm and inviting while oozing personality and style. Handmade tiles, unexpected pattern choices, and brass details all work together to update the home, giving it an elegant, refreshed feel.
